Book an office visit
Meet us in person at our San Francisco office. Pick a service, date and time; we email to confirm. Visits are by confirmed appointment only.

Best for documents: send your confirmation email, the airline's schedule-change notice or baggage PIR, and tell us what you need.
What to include in an email
- Your name and a phone number that works in the U.S.
- Booking reference and the name of the ticket issuer (ZIPAIR, or the agency shown on your confirmation)
- Travel dates and route
- What you want: change, refund, cancellation, upgrade, correction or baggage help
- Any deadline you are facing
