Independent ZIPAIR travel assistance for U.S. travelers

ZIPAIR USA is a U.S.-based travel-assistance desk. We explain ZIPAIR's fare rules in plain English, check what can and cannot be changed on your booking, and handle the paperwork for changes, cancellations, refunds, upgrades and baggage claims. We are not the airline, and we say so up front.

Call 1-866-884-3459 Book an office visit

1-866-884-3459 is our independent assistance number. It is not ZIPAIR Tokyo's official phone number; the airline itself takes inquiries at zipair.net/en/help.

International Terminal, connections from the Bay Area and check-in cut-offs.

San Jose (SJC)

Silicon Valley's quieter option for Narita flights.

Honolulu (HNL)

Hawaii–Tokyo travel, inter-island connections and baggage.

Houston (IAH)

ZIPAIR's Texas gateway, launched in 2025.

Guides written from real cases

Our guides are based on the cases we handle every week and link to ZIPAIR's official conditions so you can verify every rule yourself.

Who we are — and who we are not

ZIPAIR USA is an independent travel-assistance service. Our U.S.-based team works with ZIPAIR's published fare rules every day and handles changes, refunds and corrections for travelers who would rather have a person walk them through it. If a service fee applies to work you ask us to do, we tell you the amount before we start.

We are not ZIPAIR Tokyo Inc., Japan Airlines or any airline. We cannot override airline policy, and we never ask for payment-card details by phone to "verify" a booking. If someone claiming to be ZIPAIR does, hang up and use the airline's official site.

Official ZIPAIR contact: the airline does not publish a U.S. call center number. Official inquiries go through zipair.net/en/help and the Manage Booking area of zipair.net. Read ZIPAIR's own warning about unofficial contact centers before calling any number you found online — including ours — and decide what is right for you.
