Privacy policy
Effective September 8, 2026. This policy explains what personal information ZIPAIR USA collects, why, and the choices you have.
Call 1-866-884-3459 Book an office visit
1-866-884-3459 is our independent assistance number. It is not ZIPAIR Tokyo's official phone number; the airline itself takes inquiries at zipair.net/en/help.
Who we are
ZIPAIR USA is an independent travel-assistance service (not an airline). Contact for privacy matters: Support@zipairusa.com, 780 McDonnell Rd, San Francisco, California 94128, United States.
What we collect
- Contact details you give us: name, telephone, email, preferred time zone.
- Travel details needed for your request: booking reference, route, dates, passenger names and dates of birth as they appear on the booking, ticket issuer, and the nature of the request.
- Correspondence: emails and appointment requests you send us. Phone calls may be recorded for accuracy where permitted by law; we tell you at the start of the call.
- Website data: standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages viewed). We do not use advertising trackers. The appointment form on this site runs in your browser and creates an email draft; nothing is stored on our servers until you send it.
- Payment information only when you have agreed in writing to a fee or fare, through a secure payment channel. We do not ask for card details by phone to 'verify' bookings.
How we use it
- To provide the assistance you asked for and communicate about it
- To submit requests to the airline or ticket issuer on your behalf, with your authorization
- To keep records required by law and for dispute resolution
- To improve our guides and service (aggregated, non-identifying)
We do not sell personal information and do not share it with third parties except the airline, ticket issuer or service provider needed to fulfil your request, or where required by law.
Sensitive data
Please do not send us passport scans, full payment-card numbers, or health information unless we have asked for a specific document for a specific purpose. If sensitive data is needed (for example, medical documentation for an assistance request), we will tell you what is required and how to send it.
Retention, security and your rights
- Case records are kept for as long as needed to complete the request and for a reasonable period afterwards for follow-up and legal obligations, then deleted.
- We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data; no method is perfectly secure.
- You may ask what personal information we hold, request correction or deletion, and object to processing, subject to legal retention needs. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA; we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context advertising.
- To exercise rights, email Support@zipairusa.com.

We will post updates here with a new effective date.
