The telephone number displayed on this website is our own independent assistance line; it is not the airline's official telephone number. Nature and limits of our assistance
- We explain airline conditions and assist with requests. We cannot change, waive or override any airline rule, fee or decision.
- All fares, fees, refunds, vouchers and compensation are determined and paid by the airline or the ticket issuer, not by ZIPAIR USA.
- Information on this site is provided in good faith, checked against the airline's published conditions and dated, but it is general information and may become outdated. The airline's current conditions prevail. Verify before acting.
- Service fees for work you ask us to perform are disclosed in advance. Where a booking is made through us, we act as your travel agent and applicable agency terms apply.
- We do not request payment-card details to 'verify' bookings. Be cautious of any caller or website that does.
No liability for consequential loss
