• Refund rules are the same — the U.S. 24-hour rule, taxes-only refunds on standard fares, and full refunds if the charter itself is cancelled by the airline.
• Round trips are tied to the paired return date; check it fits your plans before paying.

At the airport on a charter date

Orlando charters have used the international facilities at MCO; the terminal and check-in counter are stated on the itinerary for that specific flight. Arrive at least 3 hours early — a charter cannot wait for late passengers and there is no later flight. Cabin (7 kg combined) and checked-bag rules apply as normal.
