Check-in and security at SFO
The International Terminal has two boarding areas (A and G); confirm which one your ZIPAIR flight uses on the airport screens. Counters open about 3 hours before departure. BART stops directly at the International Terminal, which makes SFO the easier option for travelers without a car. Fog-related delays are more common at SFO than at SJC, and while a weather delay does not create a refund right, it is worth knowing when choosing between the two.

Baggage and arrivals
